Elizabeth Main Street and Main Street Manager of the Year
At the recent 2024 Colorado Main Street Managers Summit, Elizabeth Main Street and its Main Street Manager Zach Higgins were recognized by peers as Main Street and Main Street Manager of the Year. The Town of Elizabeth is breaking ground on a $1 million streetscape improvement project, updated its municipal code, established a facade grant program, launched a volunteer program and a new website, undertook the Town’s oral history project, and is growing its events. At the December meeting, the Main Street Board expressed their appreciation to Zach for all his hard work.
